There was an eclipse last week. It made me miss my country so. Back home, there are few lights to mar the view of the sky. I had to battle the city lights to view my celestial event.
So it is strange that one of the two most calming views for me is from the Queensborough Bridge at dusk. I don’t know why, but observing the cityscape in the near dark with its tall buildings and lights from across the water, it soothes me.
This picture is very soothing. I like it. I like it.
