    I saw it fractured there and felt sorry for its entire life span. From the moment it was cast, glazed and fired it was awful and destined to be in an underclass apartment or trash-heap in a “less glamerous part of town.” I couldn’t get the photo that showed its monumentality and ruin at the same time: believe that it was spectacular in its pathos that afternoon behind the empenadas joint.
